I am working on the convection heat transfer mode for air flow through corrugated ducts. The flow is considered to lie at the lower margin of the turbulent flow region. In other words, it is accommodated at the edge limit of the laminar where it is reflected to the turbulent region. This flow condition has been considered in the present work experimentally with a considerable intention to the flow regimes.

The question is related to the optimum fin parameters such as pitch, depth, etc and heat flux range to be considered. Noting that this is almost unstable region in the flow map depending on Reynolds number and air properties.
