In order to assess the shape and size of pores formed by dissolving the pore former in the semipermeable membrane structure, SEM images are needed.
Cellulose acetate was used in the coating process, and PEG400 was used as pore former.
Is it recommended to remove the coating layer, or scanning the tablet directly after dissolution test and drying?
