I'm not sure if you really need an opposite term for ageism, you could define this notion in such a way that it includes also more positive aspects.

The COST ACTION on ageism

defines agism as 'the complex and often negative social construction of old age) is highly prevalent' http://www.cost.eu/COST_Actions/isch/IS1402

So, often negative, that means but not necessarily … You could make your own definition, including also positive aspects.

But if you really want an opposite term, what about 'positive discrimination' https://www.humanrights.gov.au/quick-guide/12078

or ' affirmative action'.

I was also thinking, if there is an ageism term wherein the older workers are geiven some negative evaluations. how about those new workers that are given some negative evaluations, do we have a term for that also?

Age+ism= Ageism. We may need some prefix before 'age' which may help some word opposite of ageism.

Hello Malex. If "ageism" is a coined expression, that is a new word, a neologism, then "agelessism" could be the opposite.

Interesting discussion... I agree with the first comment by Eugene, most 'isms' are about power and ageism is defined as old age being a socially disadvantaged group so looking at younger workers would probably require a new term. Also, ageism does have positive features... you may consider looking at Susan Fiske and Amy Cuddy's work on competency-warmth stereotype model.
