Dear @Murtada Al Manifi Learning is a continuous process, and my life has been continuing. One can learn till the last breathe of his life. Thus far I have transformed myself as an accountable citizen to my country, and a helping person to serve the entire humanity as far as possible.

As a young man, I used to be very happy-go-lucky and careless. When I entered the professional sphere of life, I was working in the operations department of an institute. I was given assignments where I had to deal with numbers, something that I hated prior to that. But at that time, I did not have a choice. So I had to change my basic nature. I became diligent. I became sincere. Thus, I learnt to adapt to situations. That was the biggest learning of life.
I learnt that it is not the strongest, the bravest or the smartest of the species that survive for a long time. It is those who can adapt the most, usually survive for a long time.

I am always put my trust in GOD almighty and by the grace of GOD. This is the greatest achievement of my life and i am being proud of that even to the last seconds of my life in this mortal world.
the most I have learned in my life, thanks to my family's teaching, has been to have respect for human beings, nature and all the things that surround us.
What I have learnt in my life is not to easily believe others but to have trust on others. The 2nd thing that I have learnt is to work hard in a right direction to achieve success in life.
To keep afloat, I am having to mix my resiliency to dis-ease and toxic systems, my optimism and desire to learn everyday with a good dose of pessimism to understand that no government, epidemic, or cataclysm can change overnight the negative in us (arrogance, white straight men privilege, all the "isms" and my own internalized version of all of that). In sum; remain as adaptable as possible cause bad shit and good stuff are coming!!
As an academician, I have learned that even in my own field, I still have a lot to know and learn further, thàt I should not stop reading. Thanks to Research Gate, I am learning so much from ideas being shared by others.
As a school administrator, I realized that a school or institution is a social systèm that is as complex as its context and persons that comprise it and no single management theory can address all the challenges that it faces. I also learned that it is so hard to separate the official from personal matters, especially when giving a feedback that somehow hits the self esteem of the receiver.
As a person, specifically in relating with others, I have learned that we are like our fingers - no two fingers are alike or equal in length and the fingers have to perform their respective functions well in order for a task to be done.
As an academician, I have learnt that systematization and coherence make power. As an curriculum developer I have learnt to believe in intellectual creativity. As a person I understood that everything is related and the individual characteristics compose the unique design of the personality.
Thank you Murtada Al Manifi for your question. I learned from my supervisors, several skills such as critical thinking, scientific thinking, application of research, quality of care, professionalism, commitment, leadership and how to serve and look after students. I will continue learning as there is no limit to what you want to achieve.
My father valued advice '' FAME IS A FOOD THAT DEAD MEN EAT'' .During my school days has inspired me to contemplate for my development & during the college period while attending to the lecture of eminent personalities I try to gather my knowledge & subsequent it has become the part of life .
I have learned to face the fact that hoping for the best but preparing for the worst case scenario is the most realistic way of mastering daily life:

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people's thinking.
Do not comment on your projects or your love life. Many are waiting for you to comment on it and then talk behind your back. The right thing to do is to keep quiet, keep a low profile and let the successes speak for themselves.
Everyday is learning process, what you learn just share to others then you will be succeed and success come to you. Learning is not stopped at one particular time, place or period after achieved something. It is process/research to continue on everyday and every generation to generation.
We have to live life happily. We should do karma continuously instead of focusing on results. I must say one day my destiny will ask me surely what can I give u ...... sometimes our continuous efforts have failed but we have not to dishearten ....... always keep the spirit ...that we should bow our destiny by our continuous efforts....
