The initial reachability matrix is transformed into the Final reachability matrix by incorporating transitivity. By doing so, we modify the driving power and dependence to derive exact relationships.

Further, helps in classifying the factor into four clusters depending upon its driving power and dependence.

Incorporating transitivity into interpretative structural modeling (MSI) is a strictly necessary step to obtain a matrix model.
