If you look carefully as how exism movements like Trumpism or Italianism or Brexism or Brazilianism come to exist under majority rule based democracies, they all need the same conditions to exist,....without this condition they can not come to power....
which raises the question, what is the necessary and sufficient condition for an exism movement to come to exist under majority rule based liberal democracies?

Still the same, traditional/conventional formula: majority count. Ours is really a democracy in quantity, most often without thought and reflection. It is an impulsive democracy, people decide by impulse in reaction to previous experiences. Democracy in quality is wanting, very much!

In a normal liberal democracy, true populism wins the day.... However, sometimes POPULISM WITH A MASK wins the democratic contest as the case of 2016 Brexit and 2016 USEXIT under brexism and trumpism shows...
So under exism, the normal democratic outcome that is expected under normal liberal democracies under majority rule turns out to be an extreme democratic outcome...
When the extreme democratic outcome wins the exism movement gains power....
So the question is:What is the necessary and sufficient condition for an exism movement to come to exist under majority rule based liberal democracies?
It has to do with CHAOS and voter COMPLACENCY!
