The full question is:
If epistemology cannot and gnoseology can only partially deal with it, what is the name and essence of the theory of the knowledge self-acquired and self-aggregated by specific engineered systems with cognitive (learning, reasoning, deciding) capabilities?
Epistemology is deemed to deal with construction and justification of (context-independent) scientific knowledge. Gnoseology is most often seen as the theory of partial approximate knowledge by an individual, but some gnoseology writers also talk about dealing with heuristic, intuitive, common-sense, instinctual, sensual, experienced, etc. knowledge in general while they discuss concerns for gnoseology.
An engineered system with cognitive capabilities would generate 'gnosis' not 'episteme'. It would be itself a learning agent which would have to make sense of available knowledge using its own hacks and tricks, admittedly on a larger scale. Building 'gnosis' on 'gnosis' is what humans already do anyways, so I don't feel the need for a special term there. But if you insist to capture that nuanced scenario where an agent's 'gnosis' is so broad it approximates 'episteme', how about 'meta-gnoseolgy', 'proxy gnoseology' or 'quasiepistemic gnoseology'

History comes from the word 'ana' which means things that have happened and the word 'nesa' means memory. Could you please associate it with (the theory of) the knowledge that is self-acquired and self-aggregated by specific engineered systems with cognitive (learning, reasoning, deciding) capabilities? My response Imre was, in fact, a bit of joke. However, I will provide you with a sincere reply. I do not entirely understand the question. It is not clear to me how an engineered system can have knowledge at all. An engineered system is going to be deterministic. It will, consequently, just "do" things.
For Plato knowledge is "recollected". Anamnesis is a kind of mental emergence whereby one is able to proceed. It is the basis of "aha".

Aha!!! I understood now ...
Smart (and later on intelligent) systems will be able to acquire and synthesize their knowledge in run time, being equipped with the resources that are needed for this purpose. The process they implement include observation -> reasoning -> learning -> planning -> adaptation.
What comes now is not a bit of joke ... I am thinking about this issue (question) for a long time. I tend to call the theory of synthesized system knowledge - to differentiate it from epistemology and gnoseology - as sympérasmology. Here the first part refers to 'sympérasma' (i.e. inferring, the fundamental overall mechanism of smart system reasoning) and the second part refers to 'logical discourse'.
And, let me finish with a small joke too. Aha?
