I am not clear about the layout of the surveys, and as well, I am not clear what your questions are.

If, by "factors' you refer to Likert-type items, it may be that you have 6 Likert-type items that measure "innovativeness of work place," and perhaps some number of Likert-type items that measure "innovative leadership." If so, and you are summing those respective items sets, I would advise you to assess the reliability of each scale; coefficient alpha can be easily used for that. I further assume that you have calculated the correlation between these two scales.

If all of the above is the case, then your question about further analyses depends on your questions. For example, if you wish to ascertain whether the relationship between these two constructs is a function of the demographic variables you have also collected, then moderation analyses may be appropriate. For instance, this would address the question of whether the relationship between "innovativeness of work place" and "innovative leadership" is a function of gender.

If your data is ordinal (I am guessing that's what you mean), you may be better running a spearman's correlation. You could also follow up either a multinomial (if your data cannot be ordered) or ordinal regression (if your data can be ordered), if prediction is important to you.

Please note that, if there are no ties in the data, the Spearman formula is algebraically equivalent to the Pearson formula applied to data that are ranked. Ranking may prove a useful strategy, but it is the transformation to ranks that makes the difference, not the Spearman vs. Pearson formula.

So, Dependent variable which measures the innovativeness of work place( Building Blocks of Innovation (survey name) ). consist of 6 factors or parts ( VALUES , BEHAVIORS, CLIMATE, RESOURCES, PROCESS, SUCCESS). This survey is already used in different researches. It is validated.

The second survey measures the INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP. It is my Independent variable.

Research questions are as follows

Is there a correlation between the innovative leadership and the VALUES of the organization, as measured by the Building Blocks of Innovation and Innovative Leadership Questionnaires (ILQ) ?

Is there a correlation between the innovative leadership and the BEHAVIORS of the organization, as measured by the Building Blocks of Innovation and Innovative Leadership Questionnaires (ILQ) ?

Is there a correlation between the innovative leadership and the CLIMATE of the organization, as measured by the Building Blocks of Innovation and Innovative Leadership Questionnaires (ILQ) ?

As I mentioned on my question here, I have already used the Pearson to find significancy level. The relationship is moderate.

I also would like to do further analysis between demographics and DV and IV.
