As far as yku know Radon Is a gas. Radon can be soluble in soil water phase. to geted of radon, simply you have to dry the soil.

Coefficient of radon solubility is 0.5 at zero deg. At higher temperature it is less but at negative temperature, for example, in Alps and in Himalayas it is very high.
