Are any of you assessing the environmental sustainability of biorefineries using SimaPro? Is there any database with the most suitable data for yeast and enzymes? For yeast, Ecoinvent has Fodder Yeast but in my opinion it is not suitable since it does not represent the impacts of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. And in the case of enzyme, the database Agribalyse has gluco-amylase with empty values which does not help at all.
Could you please tell me what is the best methodology to evaluate the impacts of these two elements?
EcoInvent is one of the most complete databases, so if your set is not included there probably you will not find it anywhere. That said the advantage of SIMA -EcoInvent is that you can edit the data sets to make them fit your needs. It is a bit tricky but you can create your own LCIs and build your model. Book Hijacker's Guide to LCA, Tillman et al, has very good examples on how to do this.

I am not big fan of GaBi, but if you have the inputs you can creaate your dataset in SIMA or OpenLCA. If you know the process you want to analyse you can create your own LCI in either program. I think there is no compatibility with GaBi, but I have not tried that in many years. E
