XRD: for GO, peak at 2 theta ~10 deg. For carbon nanosheet (CNs), broad peak at 2 theta = 20-30 deg.

Raman: for GO, peak at ~1350 and ~1580 cm-1, for CNs broad peak at 1580 cm-1 with small shoulder of ~1350 cm-1.

TEM (HRTEM): you could able to see the d-spacing of (002) plane which is absent in CNs.
