What is the most important factor that attracts you as a tester or reviewer of a certain research paper? list in order of importance.
1-Research title.
2-Research idea.
3-Nationality of researchers.
4-Number of researchers.
5-Number of pages.
6-Number of references.
7-Whether the research is experimental, theoretical or both.
8-Representation of the results.
The quality of paper as well as the reputation of the journal.
That the research has at least elements that are original and creative in adding to the existing knowledge-base. If not - it is usually my first review comment that the research does not add anything new - even if it is a good quality study.
If I have to choose from your suggestions I would say: Research idea and Representation of the results. All other things are secondary to me, if the work is good. However, I may also add that a certain kind of originality is of importance or at least that the work is sharing valuable methods and/or experiences others can build upon.
One of the key elements of research is that it brings new knowledge to society
to meet her and improve it.

In my opinion, the most important factors are: the quality of the abstract in which the originality of the article is presented, as well as the results obtained, notably the way in which they are interpreted.

As a reviewer, the following list represent the order of attraction:
1- Novelty.
2- Experimental tests with analytical Solution (preferred). Or, with a numerical hand made codes using MATLAB, FORTRAN etc...
3- Results with its discussion.
Note: No attraction is gained when validating the numerical simulation using any commercial package with the experimental test of authors.
