What is the most efficient mouse brain weight for RNA extraction for NGS?

I have collected the brains and they are Fresh Frozen into PFC, Mid Brain and Brain Stem. I want to extract the amygdala and hypothalamus.

Hi,

In my case, I used Invitrogen Pure Link RNA Mini Kit and the amount of brain sample I used is 0.03g.
