In case you think about publishing in a journal, it's rather a question of the journal, not the publisher, I think. Simply pick the journal fitting the scope of your paper and try submitting. Of course, check the reliability of the journal and choose those of good quality and indexing. The publisher, in this case, is a secondary issue. However, there are differences between them, of course. In case of Open Access options, some are cheaper, some are more expensive. They are also more or less demanding when it comes to formatting of the paper you submit.
In my country, we have a list of journals published by the ministry of science, which are recognized as reliable. To seek for a journal to publish your research the easier way is to browse this list. Maybe in your country you have something similar. In general, it's better to be careful. Some publishers are cheating, i.e. informing that their journal's Impact Factor is of a given value, but in reality the journal is not indexed by ISI. Only on the bottom of the page, with small font, you will find information, that this is their own calculation, or calculated based on Google Scholar, or something similar. The publishers you mention are reliable and the journals they have in their portfolio should be rather of good quality. But still, some of them have higher scoring, some lower.
