I have ET0, precipitation and deficit (monthly and annual) data for more than 100 weather station which I want to interpolate and map by using GIS. Station coverage is good, but the area topography is complex (lots of river valleys, hills and mountains).

The Kriging method takes into account the z-values, so is this method the most accurate for mapping ET0, precipitation and deficit, or there are other methods you can suggest?
