What is outcome of all suggestions? Did you find answer ? are you able to calculate PDSI in excel? or, still awaiting?

As desired, if someone from our scientific group can describe the entire procedure in MS Excel, then it would be quite better.

According to https://rdrr.io/github/Sibada/scPDSI/src/R/scPDSI.R in scPDSI R package you can specify the PET calculation method (P-M or Thornthwaite).
