Miniaturized fluidic devices, also known as microfluidic devices, have recently become a major focus of interest for the development of micro total analysis systems (mTAS). Micro total system is an integrated miniaturized platform for analysis, synthesis and detection of proteins, biomolecules and chemical analytes. Microfluidic based micro-total-system are widely used in various biomedical and engineering research.
