When one writes a comment on a published paper , what is actually the intention of the commenting author ?
To point out the mistakes or present complete solution .
It is seen that very often commenting author just point the mistakes and does not present the complete solution of the problem
Give your view .
In my view one should present complete solution.
In my opinion there are nasty and yellow people. The important point is the paper is publish for a peer revision
Do not worry about you will find nice people ,r respect and the others ones

A constructive criticism of a published paper is not bad as it provide the basis for further investigation. This is acceptable in academia. It is not all the time that the one critiquing may have the solution off head, rather, his critique may be a subject for further research into the subject.

You are right if no previous literature
available . However without viewing previous literature , it makes no sense to pointout mistakes in a paper . Those who does like , it is for a short term showy nature . Because man without knowing complete answer just point mistakes of other .
