when I want to amplify DNA with thermal cycler this message will appear when I touch the cover at once. so that I have to restart the device to continue and some times it happens will amplifying because the cover be too hot.
what is the reason for that and what are the solution for this problem?
Dose it harm the device if we continue to use?
or what can I do ?
It looks as though your lid temp controller has malfunctioned. Usually, when a temp controller fails on, it indicates that the active control device (likely a MOSFET or SCR) has shorted. Yes, I think Ron is right. It says "Fatal Error" and "asks you to contact technical support".
I would not continue to use it before I contact the company. It might become worse if you continue to use it.

This is a technical problem and the best advice would be to contact the technical support before you use the machine. As you and Ron already said, sometimes it could help if you completely tern off the machine and restart. But this is only a temporary solution. I think your machine needs a serious checkup with respect to its lid temp controller.
