Every professional has some bias due to his professional development, even a shoe-maker will see shoes are not clean or are old, a physician will see a disease and so forth, is like an eye developed by experience

In these terms, the term "point of view" refers to how the different disciplines would analyze and interpret the subject in question.  Analysis using an historical framework would conclude A.  Analysis using a sociological framework would conclude B, etc.
