I have been looking for the limitations for consurf server. As I have a data file containing 95k sequences but the job in consurf is still processing from last 3 week. So I wanna know is there any limitation for data file size (No of sequences) in ConSurf.
Although, as per the research article or the server and user manual, there is no limit mentioned for maximum number of query sequences except for minimum 10 sequences suggested. However, as they suggest "The best performance is obtained when single domains are used. Using a polypeptide chain that contains several domains often results in finding proteins that are homologous to one of the domains but not to the others. Therefore it is advisable to analyze multi-domain proteins one domain at a time."
Also selection of parameters is also important of better results. So you should consider that.
