Hi everybody,

I would like to use the Luminex™ technology for serodiagnosis of tuberculosis. For that, I'm going to covalently attached my antigens to the carboxylate groups of microspheres.

For the moment, I am choosing my antigens. I know that I can couple proteins with a molecular weight >10Kd directly on beads, but what is the maximal molecular weight that I can couple on beads ? Thanks! Charlotte
