We know that Q (in Q=m Cp ∆T) is total heat delivered or removed to/from a system. Is there a mathematical convention for referring to the total amount of heat delivered in the course of a day? What notations would mathematically describe total thermal energy in a day?

I was thinking that ∆ in mathematics refers to change over a period of time. Would I then be correct to say [ ∆Q, subscript 'day'] to refer to all the thermal energy transferred in a day?
