If we measure the real and imaginary part with varying different frequency at particular ac field in a superconductor, what is the major reason for peak shift of imaginary part with increase in frequency ?

Very briefly about the context of the article: the flux creep is a relaxation process and its time window activity becomes more narrow with the increase of the frequency.
