hello everybody.

I want to simulate creep mechanism in a model by 2 different glued part under a constant pressure load. it is a 2D plane stress or plane strain model.

The problem is that, in my simulation, if I model just one rectangle, the analysis perform correctly and the creep strain obtains versus time, but when I use 2 different rectangles and then glue them, the analysis will not converge after a short time. please look at picture attached here.
