According to Islamic religion, ALLA almighty has created man so as to be worshipped. This is quite clear in the following verse taken from the holy Quraan (( And I created the jinn and mankind to worship Me)).

This is one of the most controversial question. Even the philosophers and existentialists could not answer it. According to their opinions life is meaningless and absurd, man is thrown into the wold without purpose. However, they posit that human beings should take one of two paths: either they live in a meaningless life and doing what they are doing by creating meaning for themselves, or believing in spiritual powers, such as believing in God and make a purpose for their life.

People do not have many physical qualities that are inherent in most animals. However, people got in contrast to other living creatures the brain which allows correctly reflect reality and to use received information to realize the improvement of life for humans, and to expend the area of possibilities and the area of existence.
The human race to some extent is similar to an individual human - it is a dominating instinct of self-preservation through exploration of knowledge and practical exploitation of available resources. Hence, consciously or not consciously but people as a whole work towards the same goal of self-preservation through exploration and exploitation.
There are many individual spiritual, cultural, and other personal believes about the essence and the virtual goals of human life. However, as a whole we act synchronously towards preserving the human race.
It is difficult to give our opinions because this question depends on the vivid relegions on the globe.
I think that every human has to serve
God and Allah will help him.

It is the game of our creator and on deciding our parents we receive the birth in the line with our frui of previous lives.
Our birth keeps our existence and with our birth our departure is also certain not in our hand .
With this we are born with our positive & negative traits & due to these we find the entire humanity of the world with a different action of their life .
This is my personal opinion
Since humans only live a limited time in the vastness of space, we did not appear on the planet to make weapons and kill everyone around for fun. We come into the picture to appreciate nature, try to understand it, respect it and behave with grace and love.
I think it is important to know why we are on earth. Religious reflection!

WHAT IS THE MAIN PURPOSE OF OUR EXISTENCE? I believe that we are on earth to discover it and the closer we get to the spiritual, we understand it more quickly
Shakespeare - through one of his characters - gets said that the human is born to make the world more beautiful than today for his successors.
The only point I wish to add to this thought is that it is crucial that the human enjoys himself during this process of making the world more beautiful every passing day. What comes as an essential by-product of this process is that the learning of the human about relations (with other humans and rest of the nature) and facilities (required and possessed) continues to grow as well.
This implies that an enjoyable life, enlightenment, and making the world a better place to live in are coexisting phenomenon rather than conflicting ones.
The goal of human life can be decoded from the above.
Different people may consider it at different ways at different age. To me, purpise of life should be to do something positive for the humankind.

The most important things in life is not money. It's not friends. It's not family. It's not even how much fun you have. The only thing that matters is if you lived your life the way you wanted to.
I want to reduce the world population by 5 billion people and enslave the rest. Everyone will rejoice with me in this victory because the only thing that matters is that I lived my life in the way I want. I am glad that is finally settled.
If god returns and asks for man to give the planet back, will god be happy with the return?

Ok, all of the selling of stuff, family, moving about, is a distraction. We should just stop and concentrate on God. The ability to read and having the right book might help, but not much else is needed. If I cannot read, a good mentor would help, but then I am distracting the mentor from his devotions. I admit complete devotion to God would solve many of our current problems. Another benefit is that if I concentrate on God then I don't have time to be concerned about what others are doing.

The answer to the ultimate question of life the universe and everything is 42. This must be true as it was written in a book that has sold 250 thousand copies in the first three months and over 15 million copies sold with movie and TV series. That many people cannot be wrong. At some point he will return and man will be judged on his stewardship. Do you think God will be happy? Maybe God will be pleased because we could be doing much worse.
My importance in the world is unknown. I do not know if I will have the next greatest idea, or make the next great product. I might have already had the thought, and it will be recognized 30 years after I am dead. Maybe my purpose is to raise my children so that my great great grandchildren will develop a vaccine to cure man's greatest disease: old age. I can but try, knowing that most likely I will be completely forgotten within a few generations after my death.
Everyone has a slightly different answer, and you must decide what is best for you. If God is what is needed to get up, go to work, and be happy then God is great. Each answer has its benefits and problems.
This is like all major decisions. Do I go to this university or that university. We cannot tell if going to this university means that we meet Prince William and marry into the British Royal family, while at that university we meet a drug dealer and end up homeless and dead in some back alley. Your choice has consequences that neither you nor anyone else can foresee, but you must choose. At times be open to change. What works today may be horrible tomorrow. Knowing the perfect time to abandon a dysfunctional idea is a difficult choice.
