I've been fabricating CZTS thin films and NPs and all the properties, such as: band gap, carrier mobility, composition, XRD are good. But when I use them as sensitizer in CZTS SC, the devices don't respond to light illumination. The IV curves are linear, with negative slope.

Film uniformity: might contain holes or cracks. Other components of the device. Which wide band gap or electron accepting layer are you using? Check its Homo and Lumo then compare that to those from CZTS as sensitizer. Otherwise I am not sure if there is charge transfer and/or electron transport. All the best!

Thank you, yes I have checked it, there is tiny holes and cracks in thin film.
For electron acceptor I use AZO/i-ZnO.
