If you are looking for endogenous bona fide markers for ER and Golgi, I can suggest:

ER: Calreticulin, Calnexin, PDI,

Golgi: GM130, TGN46, Giantin, Mannosidase II

There are several good commercial antibodies for each of them, available and useful for WB and IF.
