It depends upon the quality manufacturing material of solar cell. All the manufacturers describe it with in the user guides they have. You can check it online. The standard life is 25 years. For system cost and pay back you have to consider the storage batteries life and price which are normally replaced after 5 years.

It depending on solar cells/modules type and maintaining. Normally It is 25 years for Silicon solar cells.

Solar cell/ modules are having long life about 30 to 40 year but after 4 to 5 years its o/p start reducing generally and its o/p reduces about 20 % after 25 years. That's why company giving about 25 years of warranty but it also depend on your maintenance

It appears that the life of solar pv cells/panels is generally accepted to be around 25 years. 25 years is a long period for any substance to be exposed to the elements , outside the laboratory. Its properties and life are bound to deteriorate. I wonder, if any research lab has maintained records of the performance of any solar panel mounted out in the open and in use. Surely, the initiator researcher would have moved on during the period of 25 years. It will be quite interesting to hear the experiences of some lab on this issue.
