I am running a MARKAL model, (GAMS based model) and a .lst file is generated. May I know what does the following terms mean. I have read the literature but still not able to make out the true meaning.

What is the meaning of EPS in "lower" and "upper" named columns?

Level is the last value from a variable. It can be the initialization value before the optimization and it is the result after the optimization did run.
Marginal value is the partial derivative value of a bounded variable with respect to the objective function. If you could increase the level of the variable beyond the boundary by one, the objective function would increas/decrease by the marginal value.
EPS is the synonym for a small number, not zero (if I remember correctly its assigned to columns that correspond to active constraints)
