Does the zeta potential of the semiconductors in an aqueous solution influence the band bending of them?

For example, n-type semiconductor in an acid solution or basic solution?

acids and alkalis lead to the appearance of etching pits on the surface of the n-type semiconductor. If the wells are of the order of nanometers, then influence the band will be bending
