ICT has affected almost each and every area of business world. It has also assisted Govt. to curb tax evasion to a large extent. In manual records, it was not very easy to track the records,it is not so that manual record keeping was not efficient, but when we compare it with digital record keeping, then really manual record keeping seems to be less efficient,as far as retrieval of data is concerned. Moreover, various modes like eTDS, eTCS,e Filing of Income Tax Returns have really made tax payment by assessees, and in that way,Govt has also been able to expand its tax base by creating a large pool of satisfied tax payers. Here in this part of the world I.e. Nigeria, introduction of ICT tax system has been a subject of debate in the public domain especially the ones that directly affect personal income tax of the salary earners at the federal and state levels. بالنسبة لبلدي العراق فان تكنلوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لتحصيل الضرائب لم تستطيع ان تحقق ادنى تقدم بل لم تتخذ كاسلوب لادارة الاعمال الضريبة بالشكل الكافي والوافي وذلك بسبب ضروف البلد الذي يعاني من انعدام الاستقرار وكذلك بسبب قلة الوعي لدى الجمهور بضرورة استيفاء حق الحكومه من التحصيل الضريبي وذلك لانعدام الثقة المتبادلة بينالطرفين والذي يؤدي الى التهرب من دفع الضرائب للحكومه نستطيع ان نقول ان المسؤلية يتحملها الطرفان الحكومه التي لم توفر الخدمات بشكل صحيح وكافي والمواطن الذي يتهرب من دفع الضرائب . ي
