Kindly I want to know your opinions about the influences of terrorism on investment. Further, what are the other things that investment might be influenced by?
There are plenty of literature available on this topic. I'm suggesting some links bellow. I strongly recommend you to go thru the first link that is a very comprehensive explanation on the topic by the International Risk Management Institute.
The rest are also related readings.
Apart from that, the following factors can be considerable;

Papers related to factors affecting investment are bellow:
The economic development of Pakistan would make a good case study, measured after the attacks of 9/11. My opinion is that asymetric warfare changes the direction of investments, e.g. it reinforces asset accumulation and curbs productivity. Well organized gangs, the political state and private service clubs are battling for the control over key assets; this is very bad for those who live on wages. Terrorism is an economic disease as antagonistic social forces try to crack the jackpot of vital resources.
Peter Gordon and Harry Richardson once did a study (actually a project) on the economic impact of terrorism in the context of USA, especially Los Angeles. You can search for their papers or even book on this topic.
