It is nothing (not even 0) - because the journal is not indexed in the InCites Journal Citation Reports, which calculates and gives out the "real" journal impact factors. You will have to report "no impact factor" in your application, or choose to report another metric like the SJR.
Thanks very much for the bigger help not only for me but also for the audience to be aware before publishing their scientific works. Although all the research, if real, well organised and done with dedication, certainly it does not require the impact factors but present time has made us much worried about the jobs that has pulled us to publish our research with some points or grades.
