I am working with TEM and studying different projects related with chromatin and transcription of RNP and calcium (Ca2+) localization in the nucleus and so on with different methods like immunohistochemistry and immunolabeling, osmium ammine staining, uranyl acetate, etc.
I would like to know that what the ultimate studies, hot lines and methods related to DNA staining for ultra thin sections are, and in general, which projects are more interesting for studying the nucleus and nuclei with TEM.
May I suggest you contact one of two people who are experts in this type of miscroscopy with a clear description of waht you are trying to achieve. I have worked with both and they produce very high quality reesearch images and have publsihed extensively in their fields.
