I know Osmium is densest in bulk form.

please exclude astronomically dense materials like white dwarf of neutron star

Just one observation,

I don't think the density of a material changes from bulk to a quantum material.

e.g. the density of Osmium will be the same in its bulk form as if you synthesize QDs from it. Unless you change its Crystal system.
