However, if you wish to quickly establish a Center for Classical Short-Term Prediction of Earthquakes and Volcanic Eruptions based on a unified network of monitoring stations for the Kozyrev–Yagodin wave, I invite you to review the work I have already completed. It has received a positive evaluation from the former President of IASPEI, Prof. A.E. Nikolaev, who recommended launching a research project based on my eruption prediction method.

If you can secure funding and we establish such a Center together, we will be able to issue predictions several days in advance of an eruption, thus saving lives.

I am 78 years old and have dedicated the past 25 years to this work, together with my sons. There are no analogues. I am the author and the patent holder. The method’s reliability is close to 100% because it measures not secondary signs, but the primary energy that causes earthquakes and eruptions.
