I read from a paper on PEDOT with different dopant.

Cite: PEDOT doped with FeCl3 and DBSA was successfully prepared. The polymer is

stable up to the temperature of 300°C. From 300°C a continuous degradation

occurs until major decomposition occurs in the region between 300 and 500 Qc.

The Tg of PEDOT is found to be 102°C.
