How to remove parasitic effects (capacitance, inductance) due to cable of the temp dependent transport and extract sample resistance with frequency?

As parastic effects in case of pn homo or heterojunction cannot be eliminated but it can be controlled by reducing the defect density at thin film surface either by annealing of adding some buffer or inter-facial layer. Furthermore, it can be minimized by making metallic contacts perfectly Ohmic.

You can use option of three terminal measurements while measuring capacitance and conductance using suitable sample holder. You have to verify that stray or barrier capacitance is not effective in your measurements. For this, you to measure capacitance by varying the thickness of your sample. If capacitance decreases linearly with thickness then whatever you are measuring is the correct value. This is called scaling law in capacitance measurements. If this law is not followed try to improve your contact and connections.

If you have cables of different lengths (i.e. complex impedances Zi) and work at high frequencies then you can compare several measurements with these, plot the results vs. Zi and try to extrapolate the results down to Zi=0. This should take out the cable effects.
