If turning happens the forces measured or predicted from model are radial force cutting force and feed force.What is the trend of these curves against rotational positions from 0 to 360?
Let us assume that we are turning a workpiece of 200 mm diameter with a cutting speed of 2 m/s or 120 m/min. This will translate into the rotational speed of 191 rpm. That means a single rotation would take 314 ms. Within that time, extracting force profiles during actual machining is a difficult proposition. Even during simulation, it is better to use data after one or two complete rotation. Hope it helps.
