i had the query to understanding about thermodynamics law. recently i found that thermodynamics is unable to provide a reason behind the entropy of living organism. so how can we know that what is the entropy of a dead man?

What you have in your case is a canonical ensemble, i.e. an ensemble in which the mass is constant and you just have energy transport between your body and its surroundings.
In this case the maximum entropy is given by: Smax = -k
where k is the Boltzmann constant and P is the probability of each possible micro state. This is given by:
P = exp[(A-E)/kT]
where A is the Helmholtz free energy of your microstate (which is constant) and E is the total energy of your microstate.
A microstate in such a case is the position and velocity of all of the particles in your system at a given time. Note that even in a solid your particles will tremble around a zero point, so the velocity and spatial component will also hold for this (not only for fluids).
