What is the elevation difference between geoid and ellipsoid for the Indian subcontinent?

I am trying to identify the maximum and minimum height of a tropical watershed to compute relief parameters. I am using Carto-DEM for this purpose which uses ellipsoid as a datum. However I wish to convert it into mean sea level (MSL). Kindly help me out.
