Just by looking at it, I have the impression that it is anatas. Of course, the diffraction pattern must be evaluated at least by comparison with the database.

This pattern indeed looks like pure Anatase (TiO2), see attached Phase Identification.

It is impossible to predict phase type only with XRD pattern.

We must know about the elements of this material (EDS analysis result) and also predict what kind of phases can form in that material because there are a lot of phases that have similar XRD patterns.
