I also prepared graphene oxide and dried it in 80 C. But I think, after drying process, the graphene layers stick together and they can hardly be separated by prob sonication. As you know the graphene oxide layers are separated from each other in water due to their hydrogen bonding with water and elimination of water helps them to stick together. Moreover, the TGA analysis of graphene can be helpful for you to sea the thermal behavior of graphene. I think they might be degraded at high temperatures
