In ecological/organic farming several  formulations with non native microorganisms are used for pest and disease control some examples are Trichoderma spp, Metarhizium, BT, NPV, Spinosad, Beauveria, Paecilomycities, Pseudomonas, Verticilium etc.  Are they don't have any side effects on the native soil fauna( including earthworms) and on the beneficial insects ( honey bee, lady bird beetle etc.)and also are they safe for human being as the farmers and labours work in the field ?.  further  are their efficacy enhanced with the use of neem oil or any other botanicals.
