I would like to know what is the effect on the speed of review and possibilities of publication in case of selecting either of the ways?

Generally open access and traditional closed access should not alter the speed of review assuming the journal runs a mix of closed and open access options. It should also not affect the review process and decisions over acceptance. Open access should increase citation rates and also make your research available to a wider audience.
