is there anyone can help me to understand about J reverse curve from I-V curve? i afraid it tell about leakage current to much.

I can say briefly that the PV is a non-ideal current source with a leakage resistance and “limit” voltage at zero current =Voc.
The ESR or slope of the curve shifts with P solar input about 10% from 82 to 72% depending on crystalline chemistry more or less. So the Vmpt shifts with Pin.
Curve can be modelled with a leaky constant current sink to match the source curve such that as the current decreases by solar input so does the V (MPT) at this point the ESR of the load matches the -ESR of the PV source at the minimum ESR point or maximum VI power point and also satisfied match impedance goal for Maximal Power Transfer theorem. This is the incremental slope on the curve.
I have once modelled this current sink curve to match and achieve MPPT just by characterizing a PV Panel for V, I vs Pin without hunting. I used PD’s with 0.5mA/mW to bias the load. Secondary conversion was also used.
