What is the differences of Neuroscience and Neurobiology ?

These field names are very new and their scopes are not strictly defined. I think they are two names for the same branch of science. For me, neuroscience seems to have a little wider scope, including some elements of neurology, and neurobiology is rather pure basic research. I think it is impossible to say right now, which name will be more important in the future.

Neuroscience might includes wider scopes such as psychiatric studies relating to Biology and Neurology.
