I am a new user of Homer3.

I have a question regarding HbO results when doing GLM.

During the experiment, the subjects performed five, 40-second blocks of a task. I analyzed these data using a GLM approach with a Gaussian basis function with parameters 1.0 1.0 and a tRange of -2.0 40.(we have SS channels)

I am able to view the output using output.misc.beta and output.dcAVG.dataTimeSeries, but this is where I have questions...

1)What is the difference between the HbO from output.misc.beta,and the HbO from output.dcAVG.dataTimeSeries?
