i have calculated refractive index of organic material using the transmission/ absorption data over entire visible range but the obtained value is not matches with Brewster's angle refractive index calculation. Please help me regarding this?
Can you provide some more detail: How did you calculate the refractive index from transmission data, did you perform a dispersion analysis or some kind of Kramers-Kronig analysis (if yes, over which range?). What exactly do you mean by "Brewster's angle refractive index calculation". Did you use the refractive index from dispersion or KK analysis to calculate Brewster's angle and found via experiment that this calculation is incorrect? Please provide more details!
experimentally, i have calculated polarizing angle from Brewster's angle method which is used to calculate refractive index of the material and the same value is compared with the value obtained from reflectance data over the range of 400 to 1100 nm. The used relations for calculation is attached below,

where did you get this equation from? It is definitely not Kramers-Kronig based, but a kind of inversion formula for the transmission through a thick, weekly absorbing slab, which I haven't seen before, at least not in this form. I assume there were some simplifications involved to arrive at this formula and I wonder if your sample meets the corresponding requirements...
